Hazel Roper, SPHR, is a Certified Transformational Life Coach, speaker, corporate trainer, author, and accomplished leadership development professional with more than 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, leadership development, training, performance management, change management, mentoring, and coaching.

Throughout her distinguished career, Hazel has held senior leadership positions in government, corporate, higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations, including serving as Human Resources Director and Learning & Development Senior Manager for the City of Dallas, Texas.

Hazel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Andrews University and a Master of Science from Western Michigan University, along with numerous professional certifications, including SPHR, MBTI, DISC, and life coaching.
